1. Scope and Acceptance
These Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Alice Auto Care Alerts Program (the "Program"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these SMS Terms as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these SMS Terms, please do not enroll in or continue to participate in the Program.
2. Program Description
The Program provides recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS or MMS). Messages may include, but are not limited to, car care tips, maintenance reminders, insurance savings advice, safety recall alerts, error code explanations, class-action lawsuit updates, seasonal vehicle preparation tips, account-related alerts and follow-up communications based on your interaction with our website or services. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. User Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable box (or otherwise acknowledging your consent), you expressly agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (which may be sent on a recurring basis) from Alice Auto Care at the phone number provided, even if it is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with our services and selected interests. Standard message and data rates may apply. You understand that your consent applies specifically to communications from Alice Auto Care and not to third parties unless separately disclosed.
4. User Opt-Out and Support
You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply "STOP", "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT" to any message you receive from us. You may receive a one-time confirmation message after opting out. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request. If you wish to rejoin the Program, you can sign up again on our website or by texting us as instructed, and we will resume sending messages to you. For assistance, reply "HELP" to any message or contact us through aliceautocare.com.
5. Data Collection and Use
We may collect information from you in connection with the Program, including your mobile phone number, your wireless provider's name, the date, time and content of messages, and other information you provide. This information may be used to send text messages and administer the Program, to respond to requests, and to improve our services. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. 6. Eligibility
The Program is intended for individuals at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By enrolling, you certify that you meet this age requirement or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
7. Charges and Message Frequency
Alice Auto Care does not charge a fee to participate in the Program. However, standard message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received through your mobile provider. Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with the Program and selected categories. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
8. Service Availability and Disclaimer
The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times or on all mobile carriers. Delivery of SMS messages may be subject to transmission limitations or interruptions beyond our control. The Program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers; however, availability may vary by carrier and location.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Alice Auto Care is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages or for any errors in the content of messages.
9. Changes to SMS Terms and Program
We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features, or modify these SMS Terms, at any time. Any such changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after any modification signifies your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.

11. Severability
If any provision of these SMS Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these SMS Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These SMS Terms operate in addition to, and do not supersede, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
